Customer Reviews

We got 2x pepperoni slices - crispy and thin. Very good. 1x Buffalo Chicken slice - tasty. Not just covered in wing sauce like some places. 1x Grandma slice. Kind of tasted like Sunday pasta sauce. I really enjoyed it.

Family did takeout order on Saturday 2/28. Best calzone I've ever eaten. Perfect blend of cheeses, amount of ham and sauce was delicious.

Ordered through door dash, a large pie and side of meatballs. The pizza was delivered but the meatballs were not - not sure if restaurant or dasher forgot the meatballs - either way, this has happened several times on DoorDash. I immediately called Russo's and to my surprise - not only were no excuses given, blaming the dasher, or saying I have to resolve it through them - they just immediately apologized and had his wife come drop them off soon thereafter. I write this because sadly this type of service doesn't exist anymore, and should just be standard practice. Mistakes are ok - I don't need a dissertation about why or how there's nothing you can do about it - which is what general customer service has become post covid. I really appreciate their help, and prompt resolution for the issue. The food was delicious, and as a first time ordering, we will continue to order from them!

This place screams old school, from the sign outside to the decor on the inside. They have been in business since 1986, which means they have served up a lot of Pizza. The owners are super nice and have no problem engaging in conversation. I had their grandma Pizza and it was really good. The crust had as much crunch you could get out of a Bakers Pride over. The sauce was the star of the show. I would go back. A solid local Pizza Shop.
